Breakfast is included and you during breakfast you can request a lunchbox and for 168,- nok you can fill the box with food from the breakfast buffè and bring to the venue.

For Okeanos Rising 2027 we have continued our partnership with Strawberry Hotels.

The first 20 rooms can be booked through our ticket service checkin at reduced prices. 10 singles rooms at 1390,- and 10 double rooms at 1590.

It will be possible to book additional rooms using a code that will last until mid-february. This is a price lock agreement were prices will be locked at 1490 and 1690 for single and double rooms.

Prices normally increase the less in advance you do your booking. This price lock agreement means you get a significant price benefit even if you book late.

Staying in Bergen

The venue is situated at the very center of the city. Trains and buses from the airport or other cities all have their stop at "Bergen Storsenter" which is within 3 minute walking distance from the venue.

There are restaurants and supermarkets everywhere around the venue, but food and drink can also be pre-ordered at the venue.

For 2027 we have decided to use Clarion Hotel Admiral. Attendees were very happy with this hotel in 2026
