Participants can purchase a maximum of two tickets for the event.

If you buy a ticket for one of the miniature tournaments, you can also buy a ticket for the painting exhibition.

If you buy a ticket for the painting exhibition, you can also purchase a ticket to one of the workshops.

Numerous add-ons are available. You can always add or remove add-ons from your ticket, but final deadline for these are january 30th. After this date no changes can be made, as the venue requires a 14 day period to organize food and drink reservations. We have set the same 14 day period for all other add-ons as well. Because that`s easy for us.

Add-ons

For this event you can purchase a number of addons that will be tied to your ticket.

You can buy an exhibition extension to participate in all if the categories instead of the initial two categories that come with the exhibition ticket.

You can order food and/drink to be served at lunch saturday or sunday (this must be pre-ordered as the venue needs to plan for staffing during the event).

You can pre-order alchohol, though this can also be bought at the bar during the event.

In addition there will be more traditional things like the official event miniature, T-shirts etc.

Refund policies

If an activity is cancelled there will be a full refund for the cancelled activity.

Add-ons are always fully refunded as long as they are cancelled prior to January 30th. From this date there are no refunds.

Tickets are generally non-refundable. If you drop out, you will instead get a free ticket for the 2027 event regardless of that years´ pricing. So your ticket is transferred rather than refunded.

If there is a waiting list for the activity from which you are dropping out, you will be able to receive a refund. Just send us a reminder and it will be sorted.

Why this refund policy?

The cost of this expansion event is staggering. There are many moving parts and large costs attached to each of them. In 2026 we still won`t have much of an audience to cushion those expenses.

We hope that with the expansion event in 2027 and increasing audience numbers, we can provide a more generous refund policy.

Note: Payment provider "checkin" deducts a minor surcharge from all types of refunds.
