Refund policies
If an activity is cancelled there will be a full refund for the cancelled activity.
Add-ons are always fully refunded as long as they are cancelled prior to January 30th. From this date there are no refunds.
Tickets are generally non-refundable. If you drop out, you will instead get a free ticket for the 2027 event regardless of that years´ pricing. So your ticket is transferred rather than refunded. The alternative is to use checkin cheap insurance option. We will also provide free tickets for our local/regional tournaments throughout 2027 (three). If we get grant applications approved, we will review this policy. Otherwise we are likely still running a deficit.
If there is a waiting list for the activity from which you are dropping out, you will be able to receive a refund. Just send us a reminder and it will be sorted.
Why this refund policy?
We are still building the event and have been running deficits in both 2025 and 2026. We are hoping to banace the budget in 2027
We hope that with the expansion event in 2027 and increasing audience numbers, we can provide a more generous refund policy.
Note: Payment provider "checkin" deducts a minor surcharge from all types of refunds.
